1/48 Blenheim Mk.I Engine Intakes. The Mercury engine which were fitted to the Blenheim had a specific feature, the tubular air intakes mounted between the engine cylinders. There were two styles, one plain, the other with funnel-shaped front end, both of which we offer in this set. There are also the lower cowl air intakes added to this set, they are desingned as one-piece item which directly replace the kit intakes, offer better details and do not require to be glued and filled. 1/35 Bedford MWC 15-cwt 4x2 200 Gallon Water Bowser Truck (Closed Cab). Gecko Models brings us a kit of the Closed Cab Bedford MWC. The Bedford MW was developed by Vauxhall in 1935 and produced in 1939 before World War II, and its intended use was mainly for the British Army Infantry battalions. Later developed to take on a number of roles and to be later utilized by different forces (such as the Royal Air Force, the Royal Navy, and others), this kit lets you replicate the Bedford MWC 15-cwt 4x2 200 Gallon Water Bowser Truck variation. Choose appropriate shade of belt and trim on dotted line using very sharp knife. Trim to required length according to the type of seatbelt. Using fingers munch into little ball. Flatten out and thread through photoetched parts. Glue using white glue, do not use chemical glue that eches plastic. When applying, look at photos of cockpit of individual machines. After glued and shaped, paint with matt varnish.
