Model P.1107 / I byl navržen na základě zkušeností z dřívějšího bombardéru společnosti Me 264 a měl být poháněn dvěma proudovými motory BMW 018 namontovanými pod křídly nebo čtyřmi proudovými motory BMW 003D nebo Heinkel HeS 109-011 ve dvojicích - pod křídly. 4 obtiskové varianty: 1. Podvozek měl sestávat ze dvou hlavních kol velkého průměru, která se zasunula do trupu a dvojitých předních kol, a ocasní plocha měla mít vysoko nastavený ocasní prostor. Palivové nádrže měly být přepravovány ve středním trupu a křídlech. V tlakové vyhřívané kabině by byla umístěna čtyřčlenná posádka, stejně jako rádiové a radarové vybavení. Útočnou výzbrojí měla být bomba o hmotnosti 4 000 kg nesená v trupu, nebyla navržena žádná obranná výzbroj. P.1107 / I byl RLM odmítnut, protože zjistili, že nebude mít dostatečnou rychlost nebo maximální nadmořskou výšku, aby bezpečně dosáhl Spojených států.
